Lawsuits are Greedy Fraud by lawyers, not corporations.

The American Heritage Foundation estimates that private sector workers lose half of their income to taxes. But they're not taking into consideration the lawsuit tax which adds another 10%: car insurance costs everyone $1,000 a year, each floor of an office building costs businesses-$3,000 a year, commercial vehicles $10,000 for trucks, $100,000 for commercial airplanes, doctors pay $50,000 to $100,000 a year for malpractice insurance, hospitals and manufacturers pay astronomical amounts for liability insurance. The private sector worker pays for all this in the form of increased prices for goods and services, and lower wages, higher taxes. What's the deal? Why should the family of a patient who dies on the operating table get a million dollars? Didn't they let him over-eat and smoke cigarettes, or drive drunk. Why should the doctor get punished for trying to do heart surgery to save his life? But, is he punished? He has "insurance". The doctor adds the premium into the cost of doing business. The taxpayer gets hit with higher Medicare taxes and insurance to pay that premium. Why should the taxpayer get punished for providing a service like Medicare to the elderly? Lawsuits are fraud. Liability insurance costs the private sector taxpayer over a $trillion dollars a year. $1,000 a car times 250 million cars is $250 billion dollars. All those office buildings and manufacturers, hospitals, doctors add up to over a $trillion. Thats alot of money ripped-off from your paycheck. Think about it. What a waste of a $trillion dollars. Bush spent $80 billion a year on the Iraqi War, and the liberals were screaming about it. $80 billion a year is a drop in the bucket. Liberals are bigots, they don't see the big picture. The mainstream media is owned and run by the rich. The rich don't care about the middle class, and lawyers are corrupt. Lawyers are ripping off the system. The cost of Bush's war was miniscule compared to bank fraud, which is miniscule compared to annual lawsuit insurance, and that's miniscule compared to government spending. Most politicians are lawyers, a monopoly of lawyers. Lawsuits are lawyer fraud, better that if people are really bad, put them in jail. It's a lot cheaper. Don't let corrupt, government lawyers sue Microsoft, claiming that it's a monopoly. Why don't they go after the public school system? Public schools are a corrupt monopoly. Compare the two: Microsoft makes the best operating system in the world, and they sell it for $100. They upgrade it every couple of years. Microsoft is the champions, the heros. Our public school system is the worst of any industrialized country. Our graduates test out the stupidest compared to other countries. Kids graduate without being able to read, without being able to fill out a job application or even count change. The corrupt Public school system makes every working person pay for it, even if they don't have kids. If Microsoft were really a monopoly like the public school system, Windows wouldn't have upgrades, our computers would crash all the time, and we'd have to pay $5,000 a year for Windows even if we didn't own a comptuer. A few years ago, a lawyer sued GM for $5 billion because a drunk rear-ended a 20 year old Pontiac which caused a woman to get burned. Along with the tax burden, GM's property taxes are astronomical, this is why GM is going out of business, and tens of thousands of workers are to get laid-off. A bailout will only delay the inevitable. This is nuts. No wonder corporations are outsourcing jobs. Cut their taxes, cut government spending before it's too late. IBM just sold its entire computer division to China. Lawsuits are just a rip-off by greedy lawyers. If people are bad, put them in jail. It's cheaper. Ban lawsuits, ban the monoply of lawyers in Congress. Congressmen should come from all walks of life, not just lawyers. Congress is a monopoly, not Microsoft. The liberal media is run by the rich. They censor the news. A "campaign contribution" is a bribe. Politicians are corrupt. They're doing what they can to rip-off the economy, which is destroying our economy. They put Martha Stewart in jail for doing what most politicians do, insider trading. Politicians know what is going to be regulated, or what company is going to be given a lucrative government contract. They buy and sell stocks and get rich, with insider trading, and kickbacks. The mainstream media doesn't jump on them for that. Don't fall for media propaganda. Corporations aren't greedy. Oil companies don't deserve a windfall tax, they make 8 cents a gallon profit, half the cost of gasoline is the government taxes. The government is greedy, not the oil companies who take all the risks. Corporations make all the jobs, make all the great products we need: food, oil, clothes, cars, medical supplies. The liberals want to demonize corporations as an excuse to raise taxes. Don't fall for this propaganda. The liberal media, and lawyers are going to turn us into jobless, homeless serfs, unless you join this Union and strike to force reforms.
